Customers have taken to social media platforms like X to voice their frustration, with many sharing images of torn seams, faded colors, and stained fabrics shortly after purchase. One user posted, “Bought a shirt from Vishal Mega Mart, and it tore after one wash. They’re fooling people with cheap prices!” Another customer alleged that some items appeared used or improperly stored, describing them as “dirty and unwearable.”
Customers Raising Complaints
Consumer advocates have raised concerns about the retailer’s quality control processes, urging regulatory bodies to investigate. “Selling low-quality products at bargain prices is not an excuse for misleading customers,” said Priya Sharma, a consumer rights activist. “Shoppers deserve transparency and accountability, especially from a brand as widely trusted as Vishal Mega Mart.”
