Special camps to resolve cases of Mutation on January 15: CM Mann

The decision has been taken after success of the special Intakal camps (mutation camps) organized across Punjab on January 6.

Chandigarh: Encouraged by the success of the special Intakal camps (mutation camps) organized across Punjab on January 6, Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has announced to organize more such camps in the state on January 15.

In a statement, the Chief Minister said that the camp organized on Saturday has received a good response from the common people. He said that people took full advantage of these camps organized in all the tehsils and sub-tehsil complexes across the state.

Bhagwant Singh Mann said that these camps have provided great relief to the people by ensuring disposal of pending cases of mutation. The Chief Minister further said that more than 31,000 pending  cases were resolved in these camps. He said that this is the first time that such a large number of pending cases have been resolved in a single day by organizing such camps. The Chief Minister said that 31,538 cases of mutation were resolved in these camps.

This is the first time that such a large number of pending cases have been disposed of in a single day by organizing such camps. CM Mann said that this is the beginning of a new era as people are getting citizen centric services without any hassle.

 The state government will continue such public-friendly efforts for the convenience of the common people in the times to come. Such camps will be organized across the state on January 15 so that pending cases can also be resolved.
