Jakhar Slams CM Bhagwant Mann
Punjab BJP Chief Sunil Jakhar Targeted Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann who was mediating between farmers and Union Ministers. Besides, questions were also raised on the reply filed by the Punjab Government in the Supreme Court in the matter of stubble burning.
Jakhar said – “They are aware of the feelings of the farmers but the farmers should also work with enthusiasm and with consciousness. I am saying this because some people are working as mediators (Bhagwant Mann), or maybe some Farmer leaders have made him a mediator. On this point, he agrees with the Chief Minister of Haryana that there is something black lentils. In such a situation, farmers should also understand his mediation.
Today, those who are talking about getting MSP to the farmers are themselves liars. Their own Advocate General has gone to the Supreme Court on the issue of stubble burning, saying that he will diversify the farmers from paddy to millet. Being a farmer, I will clearly say that if I am getting MSP on paddy then I will never plant paddy. They are playing from both sides. The defeat is theirs, the victory is theirs too.”
