Chandigarh: An important meeting of Samyukt Kisan Morcha is being held on Thursday at Kisan Bhawan in Chandigarh. Earlier this meeting was to be held in Delhi, but now it will be held in Chandigarh.
Leaders of farmer groups from different states of the country are coming to participate in it. Front spokesperson Jagmohan Singh said that more than 100 farmer leaders will participate in this meeting.
The current situation will be considered and the next outline of the struggle started by the Samyukt Kisan Morcha will be prepared.
Hanan Maula, Rakesh Tikait, Satyawan, Medhapathkar Balbir Singh Rajewal, Prem Singh Bhangu, Buta Singh Burjgil, Manjeet Singh Dhaner, Joginder Singh Ugrahan, Sukhdev Singh Kokri and big leaders will participate in it.
Apart from the legal guarantee of MSP for 23 crops, the demands of the United Kisan Morcha include loan waiver for farmers, pension for farmers, strict punishment for those selling fake fertilizers and seeds, justice to the farmers of Lakhimpur Kheri. It is noteworthy that Dallewal’s group of samyukt Kisan Morcha has its own separate program from the Samyukt Kisan Morcha (non-political).
