Mumbai: Disney Plus Hotstar and Dharmatic Entertainment have released the trailer of the much-awaited series Showtime. Showtime will be releasing hidden secrets of Bollywood related to money, business, glamour, relationships and lifestyle on March 8 only on Disney Plus and Hotstar. Showtime will be hosted by Emraan Hashmi and Mahima Makwana.
Along with him, Mouni Roy, Rajeev Khandelwal, Shreya Saran, Vishal Vashishtha, Neeraj Madhav, Vijay Raaz and Naseeruddin Shah will be in important roles. The producer of the show is Sumit Rai and he has also written its script. Its script has been written by Sumit Rai, Mithun Gangopadhyay and Lara Chandni along with Mihir Desai and Archit Kumar. Its dialogues have been written by Jahaan Handa and Karan Shrikant Sharma.
For new young actors, this is a big opportunity and a good opportunity to work with veteran actors of the industry. Mahima Makwana shares her working experiences with iconic actor Naseeruddin Shah.
Mahima Makwana said about working with Naseeruddin Shah, “I was really nervous in front of Naseeruddin Shah sir, he is a big veteran actor, and I remained blank that day. We had a scene of five pages and at that time when he came, I remember I was nervous, my eyes became moist after seeing Sir. I couldn’t believe it was true, but at the end of the day everything worked out, and we felt great.”
