Bhopal: WWE wrestling legend The Great Khali recently visited the Bagheshwar Dham in Madhya Pradesh. He met with the head priest of the temple, Pandit Dheerendra Krishna Shastri. Khali had attended a massive community wedding ceremony organized in Bundelkhand, where a total of 156 couples got married, and the Chief Minister of the state, Mohan Yadav, was also present.
Khali thanked Pandit Dheerendra Shastri for the event and said, “I have traveled around the world and been to many places, but I have never seen such power anywhere in my life. It is disciplined here, and people sit calmly and listen to religious discourse. I feel great to be here today.”
A video of Khali with Pandit Dheerendra Shastri has gone viral on social media. Khali praised Pandit Dheerendra Shastri for organizing the weddings of 156 girls, saying, “I congratulate all 156 couples who got married here today. It is a great responsibility to get married in today’s day and age, but our Maharaj has arranged 156 weddings and made sure that all necessary things are provided for the newlyweds. This is a great thing.”
Khali also remarked that he had never seen such a big program and so many weddings under one roof. He emphasized that all organizations and saints should arrange weddings for needy daughters. He concluded by saying that the God sent Maharaj Ji to help people and that he has held their hands with respect.
