Sri Anandpur Sahib : After three-day festivities at Kiratpur Sahib, the second phase of Hola Mohalla started with a nagar kirtan here today. The SGPC too initiated an ‘akhand path’ at Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib this morning.
The symbol of Khalsai Jaho Jalal, Hola Mohalla under the second phase, started after praying at Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib.
The initiation prayer of Hola Mahalla was offered by Jathedar Singh Sahib Giani Sultan Singh of Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib.
Speaking on this occasion, Shiromani Committee President Harjinder Singh Dhami said that under the first phase, the fair at Kiratpur Sahib has been completed and now the Hola Mela will be held at Sri Anandpur Sahib for three days, which will end on March 26 after the evacuation of the Mahalla by the Nihang Singh organizations.
He appealed to the Sangat from all countries and abroad to reach the Guru Nagar Sri Anandpur Sahib to seek the blessings of Almighty God on this occassion.
