Lahore’s underworld don Aamir Sarfaraz, who was responsible for killing Shaheed Sarabjit Singh, has been shot dead by unknown gunmen in Lahore. Indian citizen Shaheed Sarabjit Singh was killed in Pakistan’s Kot Lakhpat jail in 2013 by Amir Sarfaraz Tamba and other inmates. Tamba was a close aide of Hafiz Sayeed.
After the death of Sarfaraz by bike-borne assailants in Lahore today, the daughter of Sarabjit Singh said that this is also a ploy of the Government of Pakistan.
She further added, “First they called my father a criminal like Sarfaraz and killed him. Now it is the work of the Pakistani government which has got the underworld don Aamir Sarfaraz killed…”
