Framers’ wrath against BJP: Hans Raj Hans faces protest in Moga; farmers, women taken in custody by Police

Following the protest, Police reached the spot and took control.

Moga: BJP leaders are facing the wrath of farmers, especially in villages while they are campaigning for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The latest target of farmers’ anger is BJP Leader Hans Raj Hans.

Han Raj Hans has been fielded from Faridkot Lok Seat. During the campaign in Moga, farmers opposed the leader and raised slogans in against of him and the central government.

Today farmers of Kirti Kisan Union launched a protest against Hans Raj Hans in Bagha Purana town of Moga. Hans Raj Hans is contesting the election from the Faridkot seat. AAP has fielded Punjabi Singer Karamjit Anmol against him.

Giving the same information, the farmer leader said that the BJP didn’t fulfill the promises made to farmers. He further added that, on the contrary, they were not allowed to go to Delhi and bullets were fired on farmers.  

Following the protest, Police reached the spot and took control. Police took protesting farmers and women in custody and pacified the situation.
