New Delhi: After the release of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal from Tihar jail after Supreme Court granted Interim bail to him, he along with Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will be campaigning together. Today Both CM Mann and CM Kejriwal will be holding road shows in Delhi today.
Both CMs Mann and Arvind Kejriwal along with huge number of party workers will hold road shows in East Delhi and South Delhi. Party leaders will seek vote for the AAP candidate of that constituency. AAP has fielded Kuldeep Kumar from the East Delhi Lok Sabha constituency and Sahram Pehlwan from the South Delhi Lok Sabha constituency.
It is also expected that in coming days, Punjab Chief Minister will be holding roadshows in Punjab along with Delhi CM and Party supremo Kejriwal. Polling in Punjab for 13 seats will be held on June 1 whereas voting in Delhi for 7 seats will be held on May 25.
Preparation are going on in full swing by party workers. Earlier in the absence of Kejriwal, Sunita Kejriwal, wife of Arvind Kejriwal has done road shows in Delhi. It is to be noted that on Friday, the Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the money laundering case related to the Delhi liquor scam.
