Farmers in Bathinda protested against BJP candidate Parampal Kaur Maluka from Bathinda Lok Sabha Constituency by showing black flags at Tungwali.

Bathinda : Farmers in Bathinda protested against BJP candidate Parampal Kaur Maluka from Bathinda Lok Sabha Constituency by showing black flags at Tungwali. After this, farmers were stopped by deploying a large number of police forces.

While giving information, the farmer’s leaders said that on the invitation of the United Farmer’s Front, they crowd round the BJP candidates at different places wherever they come to campaign.

When the farmers came to know about the arrival of BJP’s candidate Parampal Kaur, they surrounded her to fulfill the promises which government made to the deceased farmer’s families.


In this way, at village Faridkot Kotli in Bathinda, Gurpreet Singh Maluka, husband of BJP candidate from Bathinda Lok Sabha, Parampal Kaur Maluka, was also surrounded by farmers and the police lathi-charged the farmers. Many farmers have been injured.


A large number of police forces were deployed and they resorted to lathi charge to stop the farmers. After this, many farmers were also injured. Farmers say that we will protest in the same way.
