Haryana : Former Panipat MLA Rohita Rewri has resigned from the BJP party and she has joined the Congress Party. Congress State President Uday Bhan presented her Congress flag and gave her membership. Apart from the family, his supporters have also reached Rohtak.

Bhupendra Singh Hooda said that Rohita Rewri’s entry into the Congress party will further strengthen it. He said that every section is unhappy with the present BJP state government and because of its anti-people policies, the Congress party is going to make a clean sweep in the Lok Sabha elections. State President of Congress Party, Udaybhan, while thanking Rohita Rewari, said that Rohita Rewari will be given due respect in the Congress Party. He also said that Rohita Revdi has not joined the Congress party on any condition.
