Today elections in Kurukshetra University, triangular contest for post of Pradhan

It will be a triangular contest between three professors of Kurukshetra University.

Kurukshetra : From today’s morning teachers union elections have started, for which teacher voters are voting for their favourite candidates. Since morning and strict security arrangements have also been made for the elections. Security personnel remained deployed and the election was being conducted at the booth under tight security and under the supervision of Election Officer Krishna Chandra Pandey.

All the candidates were seen meeting voters outside the Kuta office. Voters of 341 teachers from 11 faculties will choose the fate of the candidates. Voting will take place till 2 pm today. After that, by five in the evening it will be decided which candidate with the Kuta crown.

Voting Result will be declared by today at 5 o’clock, Election Officer Krishna Chandra Pandey says that Kuta elections are being held on four posts, in which there is competition for the post of President, Deputy President, General Secretary and Secretary. Voting had started at 9 am and would continue till 2 pm. After that the result will be released at 5 pm.
