Haryana: Fire engulfs bus going to religious places, many pilgrims died

A terrible accident has occurred due to a fire blaze in a tourist bus in Haryana's Nooh. Meanwhile, 60 people were traveling in the bus, out of which 8 people have died and 24 people are said to be injured.

Following the incident, the injured were brought to Nuh Medical College where they are undergoing treatment.

According to the information, the accident took place at around 1:30 pm on the Kundali Manesar Palwal Expressway. It should be said that most of the people on board the bus had gone to visit religious places.

The passers-by informed the police and fire brigade about the accident. As soon as the information was received, the police teams and the fire brigade reached the spot, but by then the bus had burnt to ashes. There was noise among the passengers. People somehow rescued some of the passengers.

Responding to the incident, Nuh MLA Aftab Ahmed said, “I would say that this is a very painful, sad, and heart-wrenching incident. The devotees were returning from Vrindavan. The bus caught fire and several people including elderly, women, and children were injured.”
