Jalandhar : Jalandhar Police Station Patara team have caught the three drug addicted culprits who had attacked on the police party during the search operation. SSP Jalandhar Rural Dr. Ankur Gupta said that six culprits were involved in the attack.
They pelted stones and bricks at the police party. He said that in this attack three policemen including SHO Patara got injuries. SSP said that three out of six have been caught and for the rest police searching.
Police officers said that the main accused Harmanjot Singh, Gurjeet Singh Both Resident of Patara and Pargat Singh Resident of Ramamandi have caught from different Location. After the attack all the culprits fled from spot. Police Offical said Tarlok Singh, Gagandeep and Sandeep All are the resident of Patara Absconding yet, but police continuously raids to nabbed them
During Search Culprits Attack with Bricks And Stones
Chief Inspector Baljit Singh Hundal of the Patara Police Station disclosed receiving confidential information indicating that some young individuals were indulging in drug use at the residence of Trilok Tal, also known as Harman Sandhu alias Sonu, in Patara village. Allegedly, they were enticing others to use drugs.
Upon attempting to raid the house, Harman Sandhu Sonu, reportedly attacked the police. From Harman and his aides pelting stones and bricks on police party. In this incident causing serious injuries to police officer Jasveer Singh and head constable Barjinder Pal. Police officials said that the culprits also attack with sharpen weapons.
The accused individuals, identified as residents of Patara village and New Joginder Nagar in Jalandhar, will face charges under various sections of the Indian Penal Code. Inspector Baljit Singh Hundal affirmed ongoing police efforts to apprehend the suspects involved in the attack.
S. H.O. Baljit Singh Hundal said that the identity of the accused is Trilok Lal alias Harman Sandhu Sonu son of Tarsem Lal, Gagandeep Singh son of late Kulwant Singh, Harmanjot Singh son of Kulwant Singh, Gurjit Singh Jeeta son of Jeevan Lal, Sandeep Kumar Shipa son of Mohinder Pal, all are residents of Village Patara and Pargat Singh son of Surinder Singh is Resident of 309 New Joginder Nagar, Police Station Rama Mandi Jalandhar.
