Chandigarh : Joginder Singh Ugrahan, Punjab President of Bharatiya Kisan Union Ugrahan, has announced to oppose Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Punjab election campaign. This decision has been taken after the state committee meeting in Barnala.
On this occasion, the state president of the organization, Joginder Singh Ugrahan, said that on May 23, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming to Patiala to hold an election rally in favor of BJP candidate Praneet Kaur and they will oppose their election campaign.
The United Kisan Morcha has announced its opposition to the BJP. During the farmers movement, the reasonable demands of the farmers are hanging and the policies of the BJP government for 10 years have been pro-corporate and anti-people. Due to this, there will be strong opposition to Prime Minister Modi in Patiala.
He said that the organization will participate in this protest. He said that the organizations of Sanyukta Kisan Morcha, which have announced their opposition to the BJP, may also oppose the Prime Minister, but for now they cannot say anything about their plans.
His organization will oppose the Prime Minister with full force. He said that organizations from different districts across Punjab will participate in this protest. He said that to stop the protest, the administration and the police may try to raid our houses, but we will stay fully alert towards it.
