On Friday from 2 pm traffic will not be allowed at PAP Chowk. The traffic police administration has diverted traffic from the city to Hoshiarpur, Amritsar, Ludhiana and Chandigarh during the rally.

Similarly, people going to Ludhiana will have to take Phagwara Highway from Macdonald from 66 feet road or within Cantt and entry can also be done from this route. To reach Chandigarh one can go from Subhanpur to Kala Sanghya, Nakodar and then from Phagwara to Chandigarh Road.

Entry to Jalandhar can also be taken from these points. On the other hand, the signboards have been put up for the people coming in to guide them so that there should be no difficulty in reaching the ground.

Apart from this, the police had kept barricades on the points from which diversions are to be given, so that diversions can be given at any time. ADCP Traffic Amandeep Kaur appealed to the people to use the divert route on May 24 so that no one has to face any problem.
