Ambala: Liquor shops will remain close on 4 June

Preparations for counting of votes on June 4 in Ambala. Counting of two constituencies will be done in 19 rounds each

Haryana: After the completion of voting for the Lok Sabha elections in Haryana, counting will now take place on June 4. People can easily see the results of the Lok Sabha elections from home. For this, one has to visit the Election Commission’s website www.result.eic.in. The counting of votes for the Lok Sabha elections will start at 8 am. Section 144 has been implemented around the counting centres in Ambala.

Along with this, District Election Officer and DC Dr Shalin issued an order saying that on June 4, on the day of the counting of Ambala Lok Sabha elections, all liquor shops in the district will remain closed. Apart from this, there will be a complete ban on distribution of liquor at public places. Action will be taken under Section 188 of the IPC for disobeying these orders.
