Haryana: In Sukhdev Nagar of Panipat city of Haryana, a neighbor along with his friends beat up the youth. The accused also beat up the family members of the youth, including women, who came to intervene. Instead of rescuing, the local residents made a video. The accused fled from the spot threatening to kill.
A complaint of the incident was given to the police. On the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused under various sections.
In a complaint given to the City Police Station, Ankit Miglani said that he is a resident of Sukhdev Nagar. On the night of June 1, at around 8:45 pm, his neighbour Ravish started a fight with him in the name of parking. He called him out of the house while abusing him outside the house. As soon as he came out, he abused him.
In the complaint, Ankit Miglani said that the accused called his friends over the phone. In a short while, about 8 youths arrived there in 4 vehicles. As soon as they reached there, they started misbehaving with him, his father Krishna Miglani, mother Praveen, wife Bhavna and sisters.
They started slapping them repeatedly. They touched his sisters with bad intentions. After this, all the accused men threatened him to accept everything Ravish said, or else they would kill him. After threatening, the accused fled from the spot.
