Mumbai: Webseries Heeramandi fame Actress Sharmin Sehgal has broken her silence on all the criticism and trolling post-release of the series. Sharmin portrayed role of Alamzeb in the series. Ever since the release, netizens have been trolling her for her acting and lack of expressions on camera.
In an interview, Sharmin Sehgal said that people tend to fixate on the negatives only. She also added that “may be its not interesting for people to talk about the positives.”
Talking about the trolling she faced, Sharmin said that she has given her all to the character of Alamzeb. She added that people tend to fixate on the negatives despite the positives perhaps because that is not interesting enough to talk about.
Sharmin further said, “There was a point when I was not looking at many things [reviews] but then slowly, I realised that I was also missing out on a lot of love that I was getting. I’ve now started paying attention to that. Over the last few days, I decided to look through it all.”
