Panipat Court: Seema Haider’s troubles increased

Panipat court summoned her; she had reprimanded lawyer Momin on social media.

Haryana: The troubles of Seema Haider, who came to India illegally from Pakistan via Nepal with her four children to meet her lover Sachin, are increasing continuously. Seema Haider, who is surrounded by controversies after her Pakistani husband Ghulam Haider came in front, has now been ordered by the Panipat court to appear.

Ghulam Haider’s lawyer Momin Malik has filed a case in the district court.

In this, Seema Haider, the station in-charge of Rabupura Ghaziabad, along with YouTube, Facebook, Google, Instagram have also been made parties. The court has issued notice to all. They will have to appear on July 2.

Actually, the new thing about Seema Haider is that she has abused lawyer Momin Malik through a video reel. On which Momin reacted and filed a case in the Panipat court. Seema has been accused of tarnishing his image on social media.

The lawyer said that no foreign person can make any film or reel without taking permission from the Government of India. He cannot broadcast them either. During this time, Seema Haider has made films and reels on various platforms of social media.

She is speaking nonsense to them and the people of the country. She had filed a petition in the court of Civil Judge Himani Gill in this matter. The court has accepted her petition. In this case, party notice has been issued to Seema Haider, Rabupura Ghaziabad police station in-charge, YouTube, Facebook, Google, Instagram. The court has ordered them to appear in Panipat court on July 2.

Advocate Momin Malik told that Seema Haider has married for the second time without divorcing Ghulam Haider. He had challenged the marriage in the Family Court of Ghaziabad on the demand of Ghulam Haider. In which Seema Haider got bail on the basis of Ghulam Haider’s papers.

In this, a demand was made to register a case under 20 sections. He alleged that Seema Haider has tried to defame him through her lawyer. He has filed a criminal case in the district court in this matter.
