In this case, party notice has been issued to Seema Haider, Rabupura Ghaziabad police station in-charge, YouTube, Facebook, Google, Instagram. The court has ordered them to appear in Panipat court on July 2.
Advocate Momin Malik told that Seema Haider has married for the second time without divorcing Ghulam Haider. He had challenged the marriage in the Family Court of Ghaziabad on the demand of Ghulam Haider. In which Seema Haider got bail on the basis of Ghulam Haider’s papers.
In this, a demand was made to register a case under 20 sections. He alleged that Seema Haider has tried to defame him through her lawyer. He has filed a criminal case in the district court in this matter.
