Haryana: A case of assault on a youth has come to light at Om Chowk in Sector-10, a posh area of Gurugram, Haryana. Where some youths riding on a bike attacked the youth waiting for his brother with iron rods, hockey sticks and sticks. The members of the biker gang kept beating the youth until he fell unconscious.
The bikers fled from there leaving the youth in an unconscious state. The youth has been admitted to the Civil Hospital of Gurugram in an injured state. Where he is being treated. This incident of assault is said to be of June 4. The video of which is going viral on social media.
Gurugram Police spokesperson Sandeep is to be believed, on June 4, information was received in Sector-10 police station that a youth named Shammi was admitted to the hospital after getting injured in a fight. On receiving the information, the police team reached the hospital. Where the injured youth said that he was mentally unstable and asked to lodge a complaint later.
Two days after the incident, the injured youth complained to the police that he was going with his brother. When he reached near Om Chowk Sector-10, some youths riding on a bike hit his bike. Due to which he fell on the road.
On this, the youths riding on the bike started beating the youth with sticks and rods. Not only this, those youths also broke his bike and fled from there after threatening to kill him. A video of the assault incident went viral. After the video went viral, the police have succeeded in catching 8 accused including 2 minors who had fled after the assault.
On the complaint of the victim, the police registered a case and started searching for the bikers gang. During the search, the police team caught 8 accused including 2 minors of the bikers gang who had fled after the assault from Basai Chowk, Gurugram. The accused were identified as Bhupendra, Rohit, Abhishek, Tarun, Pawan and Satish, residents of Gurugram itself.
The police has started searching for other associates of this gang. Due to this incident of assault, an atmosphere of panic has been created in Sector-10 and surrounding areas.
