Ticket Checkers in Yognagari-Rishikesh Express handover lost child to RPF

During checking of the train, they saved the child from jumping in the air-conditioned coach who was trying to jump from the moving train.

On June 10, CIT Nand Kishor and CIT Anil Kishore saved a lone child of age about 12 years. As per the information, the CIT saved the child in Train number-14605 (Yognagari Rishikesh Express) which runs from Yoganagari Rishikesh to Jammu Tawi.

During checking of the train, they saved the child from jumping in the air-conditioned coach who was trying to jump from the moving train.

On talking with him, it was known that the child has been separated from his parents, due to which he was trying to jump from the train in panic.

Later the child told his name, address and his father’s mobile number. Both the ticket checking staff talked to the child’s parents and also made them talk to the child. After talking, the parents and the child heaved a sigh of relief. Mr. Nand Kishore and Mr. Anil Kaushal took appropriate action and handed over the child to RPF at Saharanpur station to reunite him with his parents.

Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Mr. Paramdeep Singh Saini praised the wonderful work done by both the ticket checking staff to save the child and announced to give a certificate to both the CITs so that other ticket checking staff also get inspired and do commendable work.
