Chandigarh: Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann will chair a meeting with the DCs of all the districts today. He will meet the DCs after about two months. He met the DCs before the code of conduct for the Lok Sabha elections was imposed. This meeting will be held in Chandigarh at 1 pm.
