Apart from this, similar beliefs were also formed about bungalow number 78. Later, this bungalow was allotted to IAS officers only. Like other bungalows of ministers, these bungalows are also very good, but the perceptions associated with them are negative.

Bhati number 48 is in Sector 2 in Chandigarh. There are other bungalows in the Haryana quota here, in which ministers live. Chaudhary Dhirpal Singh lived in this bungalow during the INLD government. He lived in this bungalow from 1999 to 2005, but he did not win after that.

When the Congress government was formed, then Finance Minister Chaudhary Birendra Singh started living in this bungalow, but he also lost in 2009. He was defeated by Om Prakash Chautala in the assembly on the Uchana seat.

In 2009, during the second term of the Congress, this bungalow was allotted to Minister Randeep Surjewala. He won and reached the assembly, but when his government was out of power, he could not become a minister and had to vacate the bungalow.

When the BJP government was formed in 2014, this bungalow was given to the then finance minister, Captain Abhimanyu, but he also lost the election in 2019.

When the coalition government was formed, this bungalow was given to the then deputy CM Dushyant Chautala in 2019, but now the party’s performance in the Lok Sabha elections was not good. He was out of the government due to the breakdown of the coalition.

The then-Deputy Speaker Kulbir Singh, Sushma Swaraj, Kartar Devi, Bahadur Singh, Rambilas Sharma, and Phoolchand Mulana have lived in bungalow number 78. These people did not reach the Vidhan Sabha the next time. After them, Krishnalal Panwar also had to face defeat. Now this bungalow is being given to the officers.
