Jalandhar West Bypoll: AAP Candidate Mohinder Bhagat files nomination

Today is the last date to file nominations for the upcoming by-election for the Jalandhar West seat.

Jalandhar: Today is the last date to file nominations for the upcoming by-election for the Jalandhar West seat. AAP candidate Mohinder Bhagat along with AAP party leaders filed his nomination for the same.

At this occasion, Finance Minister of Punjab Harpal Singh Cheema, Cabinet Minister Aman Arora and AAP leader Pawan Kumar Tinu reached along with Mohinder Bhagat.

Before filing his nomination, Mohinder Bhagat paid obeisance at the Kabir temple located in Bhargav Camp. State Minister Harpal Singh Cheema and other senior leaders will be present with Bhagat. Meanwhile, Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Vading has reached to file the nomination of Surinder Kaur.

Sheetal Angural betrayed people of Jalandhar

Talking to the media after filing the nomination, Mohinder Bhagat said that Angural resigned and then went to take it back. People had a responsibility of five years, but they were done with it in just 2 years. Due to which the above elections are being held. Now people have made up their mind that they have to give a chance to the state government.

Minister Harpal Cheema said- Our government has fulfilled the promises made to the people. Therefore, people will definitely give us a chance again. At the same time, work is being done where there was a lack. Cheema said- Angural has betrayed the party and the people.
