The accused who opened fire in Palwal, Haryana were punished by the members of another gang by cutting off their fingers. Actually, three youths including Rupesh and his two companions had opened fire outside the BDPO office in Hodal on 21st June. After this, the three youths who opened fire absconded and went underground.
Just recently, in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, the main accused Rupesh and his two companions and another youth were kidnapped by some goons of another gang and taken to an unknown place. There, Rupesh and his companions were beaten up badly. After this, the fingers of both the hands of Rupesh were cut off with a sharp weapon.
After cutting the fingers of both the hands, the kidnappers of Rupesh fled after throwing him near Hodal. No information has been received yet about where the kidnappers have taken Rupesh’s three companions.
The police admitted Rupesh to a government hospital. Where the doctors referred him to Faridabad after seeing his critical condition. But even there Rupesh’s condition did not improve, so he was referred to Delhi. Where his condition remains critical.
The police said that Rupesh, a resident of Hasanpur Chowk Bypass in Hodal, has said in the complaint that on July 6, around 4 pm, he was sitting with his friends Bhupendra, Rohit and Manish, residents of Bhulwana village, at the house of his friend Nitin in Shahdpura village of Bulandshahr.
At the same time, Bhola alias Narveer, Krishna, Jagan, Karma, Neetu, Jaiveer, Virendra, Sonu and some other miscreants arrived in 4-5 vehicles with illegal weapons, sticks and axes and forcibly entered the house.
After entering the house, the miscreants fired indiscriminately. After this, they picked up all four and took up with them. After this, the miscreants took him to the drain track of Banchari village and cut off the fingers of both his hands with an axe.
After this, they beat him badly with kicks, punches and sticks. They fled after throwing him in critical condition at Hasanpur Chowk in Hodal. Seeing him groaning, passersby took him to the hospital.
