But this rain will be limited to some districts. It is estimated that maximum districts may receive rain on the 12th. At the same time, it rained in Amritsar yesterday evening, while the rest of Punjab remained dry and the average temperature of the state saw an increase of 0.6 degrees.

The Meteorological Department has not issued any kind of alert in Punjab today. But there is a possibility of rain in Pathankot, Hoshiarpur, Rupnagar, Nawanshahr, Mansa, Bathinda, Muktsar, Faridkot and Fazilka. However, the probability of rain is only 25 to 50%.

While on July 12, a yellow alert has been issued for rain in Pathankot, Gurdaspur, Amritsar, Hoshiarpur and Rupnagar.

23 mm rain in Amritsar

On Wednesday evening, it suddenly started raining in Amritsar, Punjab. The rain that continued for a while reduced the temperature here by about 1 degree compared to the previous day. 23 mm of rain was recorded here. 0.5 mm of rain was also recorded in Ferozepur.
