Ambala: In Haryana’s Ambala Cantt, a bike-riding man and woman snatched the gold earring from the ear of a woman who was out for a walk. At the time of the incident, the victim was returning home after a morning walk. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against the accused.
Karnail Kaur, a resident of Vidha Nagar, Ambala Cantt, said that she goes out of the house for a walk in the morning and evening. She had also gone to Ashiana’s flat for a walk at 6:15 a.m. yesterday. When she was returning to her home, she reached Sector 32 Chowk Road, and a bike came from behind. On which a young man and a young woman were sitting. The young man was driving the bike, and the woman sitting behind snatched the earring from her ear. Bleeding started coming out of her ear. Before she could understand anything, the snatchers had fled. On the complaint of the woman, the police of Padav police station registered a case against unknown snatchers under sections 304, 3(5) BNS and started an investigation.
