Bathinda: On Sunday, a campaign was launched by the Health Department STF in Bathinda to inspect medical stores. During this, teams inspected three medical stores. Banned medicines have been recovered from one medical store.

During the search campaign conducted by the STF and Drug Inspector in various areas of Bath, many medical stores were inspected. Drug Inspector Naresh Kumar said that today he checked three medical stores, out of which banned medicines were found in one medical store. Action is being taken against them. He said that action against medical stores will continue in this way to make Punjab drug-free.

STF DSP Paramjit Singh says that this routine checking was done by the Drug Inspector and STF to make Punjab drug-free. This checking will continue in this way in the future as well.

On the other hand, Ajay Kumar, present at a medical store, said that his son runs a medical store. Since this morning, medical stores have been inspected by STFR drug inspectors. They are being harassed due to this unnecessary inspection.

Medical store owners are being mentally harassed by the Punjab government. During the three to four hours of checking, nothing illegal was recovered from the medical stores, but due to this, their reputation is being affected.
