In a major action against the notorious drug peddlers, Jalandhar Police took a strict action. Jalandhar Commissionerate Police seized assets of the drug peddlers worth over one crore. Police have seized drug money as well as vehicles which together are of worth around 1.34 crore. Punjab police shared the information about the haul.

In a post on X, Punjab Police reposted the tweet by Commissionerate Police Jalandhar. The post said, “Commissionerate Jalandhar has seized worth Rs. 1.34 crores from notorious drug peddlers. This impressive haul includes Rs. 1.05 crores in drug money & vehicles valued at Rs. 28.9 lakhs, striking a major blow against the drug trade.”
Jalandhar police recovered drug money of Rs 1.05 crore. Apart from this police also recovered vehicles which have been valued at Rs 28.9 Lakhs.
