Shimla: The 29th meeting of the State Single Window Approval and Monitoring Authority, i.e., Single Window, was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu. The Authority approved 25 project proposals for setting up new industries and expanding existing units. These proposed an investment of about Rs 2216.93 crore, and employment opportunities will be available for 5,027 people.
Several units are included in the new proposals approved by the Authority. In this, M/s Pure & Cure Healthcare Private Limited, Village Makhanumaajra, Baddi, District Solan for the production of tablets and capsules; M/s Exotic Fruits Kumarsain, District Shimla for processing of juice concentrate and production of integrated cold atmospheric storage; M/s Potent Biotech Limited, Village Belideyor, Nalagarh, District Solan for production of liquid vial lyophiliser, ampoule line, etc.
Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Product Marketing and Processing Corporation Limited Shimla (Theog) for the production of apple juice concentrate, vinegar, wine, the paste will invest; M/s VKM Liquor LLP, Village Bohlio Jogiban, District Sirmaur for the production of malt spirit.
