AAP Punjab annonucce incharges and co-incharges for four By-election

Jalandhar: In Punjab, the Aam Aadmi Party has already begun preparations for the four assembly seats that became vacant after the Lok Sabha elections. Gidderwaha MLA and state Congress chief Amarinder Singh Raja Warrig was elected MP from Ludhiana, leaving his seat vacant. Similarly, after Minister Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer was elected MP from Sangrur.

Similarly, after Minister Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer was elected MP from Sangrur Lok Sabha constituency, his Barnala assembly seat also became vacant. Dr. Rajkumar, MLA from Chabbewal assembly constituency of Hoshiarpur, was elected MP from Hoshiarpur Lok Sabha constituency, his constituency also became vacant. The fourth seat of Punjab Vidhan Sabha is vacant in the border belt of Dera Baba Nanak in Gurdaspur district. The MLA of Dera Baba Nanak, former Deputy CM Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, has been elected as MP from the Gurdaspur Lok Sabha Seat.


The Election Commission may soon announce by-elections for all these seats. However, even before the announcement by the Election Commission, the ruling party Aam Aadmi Party has prepared by activating its workers. Today, the party has announced the in-charges and co-in-charges for the three assembly constituencies.
