Bathinda: Police has registered a case under various sections against the company preparing Lahori jeera in Bathinda by copying Food Private Limited Company operating in Mohali, Punjab.
Arun Kumar, legal advisor of Mohali’s Food Private Limited Company, in his complaint to Bathinda Police, said that Kashmir Hygienic Private Limited Company Govindpura is producing Lahori Jeera soft drink by copying Lahori Jeera prepared by his company and selling it in the market.
Taking action on the complaint of Arun Kumar, Cantt Police Station recovered 1500 boxes of Lahori jeera, and a case has been registered against Kashmir Hygienic Private Limited. SHO Kuldeep Singh said that at present the case has been registered.
A case has been registered against Kashmir Hygienic Private Limited Company, and soon the partner and director of the company will be named in this case. Sources have revealed that an Akali Dal official is also a partner in this company.
