Paris: Defending champion Neeraj Chopra qualifies for the final of Men’s javelin throw in the first attempt. India’s Golden boy Neeraj Chopra started his title defence with a massive throw which is also his personal best in the qualification round of the men’s javelin event at the Paris Olympics 2024 on Tuesday. Neeraj Chopra who is leading in Group B in the qualification phase has already secured his place in the final round. With a throw of 89.34m in his first attempt, Neeraj has made his place in the finals of the event.
