Shimla: Ahead of Independence Day celebrations, Himachal Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has received a bomb threat. This threat has been given to him by the Sikh for Justice organization, in which he has been asked not to hoist the tricolor on 15 August. If he does not do so, he will be blown up with a bomb.

Gagret Congress MLA Rakesh Kalia has told in a complaint to the police that he received a call at 10:04 am today. In that call, the one who threatened was saying that if you (the MLA himself) or your Chief Minister hoisted the tricolor on 15 August, then all the Indians present there will be blown up with a bomb. MLA Rakesh Kalia has lodged an FIR in Amb police station of Una.

According to the complainant MLA Rakesh Kalia, he received a threatening call from the phone number +447537171504. The one who threatened was calling himself the head of the Sikh for Justice organization. The chief of this organization is declared terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu.Threatening calls are being made on the mobile phones of other people from terrorist Gurpatwant Pannu. Deputy Commissioner Kangra and SDM have also received threatening calls.

This organization has given threats many times before. Last year too, Chief Minister Sukhu was threatened not to hoist the tricolor on Independence Day. The separatist organization has earlier put controversial flags on the Dharamshala Vidhan Sabha gate, in which the police had arrested the accused.
