Due to this patients are not being treated in the hospital. Patients are facing problems due to the doctors’ strike. Patients are having to return home.

Residents doctor of Amritsar took out a march from Shri Guru Nanak Dev Hospital to Four S Chowk and raised slogans. Doctors were demanding justice for themselves. They said that they are fighting against law and order because women doctors do duty even at night, but such a heinous crime raises questions about their safety. They said that this strike would continue until the victim gets justice and security is not ensured for the doctors.

Thousands of patients come to Guru Nanak Dev Hospital in Amritsar for treatment. They are not only from Amritsar but also from Pathankot and Jammu. But the doctors’ strike is troubling them. Although emergency services are running. However, due to the closure of OPD, many patients are having to return.

Today is the 5th day of the doctors’ strike, and how long it will continue will be decided only after their consent. Till then, the patients will have to wander like this.
