OP Narwal takes charge as Faridabad Police Commissioner, receives Guard of Honour

Faridabad: Newly appointed Police Commissioner Om Prakash Narwal took charge in the Faridabad district of Haryana. On reaching his office, he was honoured with a Guard of Honor by the police. Talking to media persons, he clearly said that criminals should leave the city before committing a crime or else they will not be spared. During this, DCP Headquarters Abhishek Jorwal also welcomed him.

On Friday, the government released a list of transfers of senior officials in the police department. In this, Police Commissioner Rakesh Kumar Arya was also transferred. He was appointed IG Law and Order. In Faridabad, Joint Police Commissioner Om Prakash Narwal was appointed as the new Police Commissioner of Faridabad in his place.

Police Commissioner Om Prakash Narwal said that special attention will be given to better traffic, systems, and and the safety of women. Immediate redressal of complaints of senior citizens, a special eye on people with criminal tendencies among criminals, and a crackdown on smugglers to make the city drug-free are his priorities.
