Hisar: 17-year-old Sourav, a resident of Madhya Pradesh, died due to electric shock in a factory under construction in Sector 9-11 in Hisar district of Haryana. On receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot and took the body into custody. The body is sent for the postmortem in the civil hospital. Police is taking action on the statement of deceased Sourav’s aunt Lakshmi.
According to the information received, 17-year-old Sourav was a resident of Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh. He had come to Hisar from Madhya Pradesh a year ago. His maternal uncle Kamlesh and uncle Anil live in Hisar.
In a statement given to the police, Lakshmi Devi said that Surya Nagar contractor Sonu was working in Sector 9-11 and Saurabh had gone there for some work. While working Saurabh got an electric shock. After getting electrocuted, he was admitted to a private hospital in Hisar, where he died during treatment.
On Thursday, the police got the postmortem of the body done in the civil hospital of Hisar and handed it over to the family members. Mangali Chowki Police has taken action in this case.
