Rohtak: A case of a youth being crushed by a car due to old enmity has come to light in Rohtak. The incident occurred when the youth went from Rohtak to Bohar village on a bike. A car hit the youth and after the collision, the car dragged him along with the bike for about 20-30 feet. Terming the old enmity between the injured and the accused, friend of the injured alleged that the accused hit him with the intention of killing. Police have registered the case and started the investigation.
Yogesh, a resident of Roorkee village, complained to the Urban Estate police station. He told that he had gone to Rohtak Suncity for some work with his friend Dharamveer, a resident of Bohar village, at around 12 o’clock on the night of 26-27 August. Anil, a resident of Bohar village, and his two companions met them there. The accused made gestures after seeing them. Yogesh told that after finishing his work, he was going towards Bohar village in his car and his friend Dharamveer was going on his bike.
He said that while going towards Bohar, the accused followed him in a white car. On the way, near Jalghar on Suncity Road, they hit Dharamveer’s bike with the car. After this, the accused dragged Dharamveer and his bike for about 20-30 feet and fled from the spot. In this accident, Dharamveer has suffered a lot of injuries on his head, waist, hands, and other parts of the body.
