Amritsar: In the follow-up investigation of a massive heroin haul by Punjab Police, Amritsar Police arrested one along with the heroin. The information about arrest and narcotics has been shared by Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav on his X handle.
In the follow up investigations of the 105 kg heroin haul, acting swiftly on the forward-backward linkages, Counter Intelligence, #Amritsar apprehends Lovepreet Singh resident of Kapurthala and recovers 6 Kg Heroin from his car.

He said that in the follow-up investigations of the 105 kg heroin haul, Amritsar Police while acting swiftly on the forward-backward linkages recovered more information and arrested one accused with heroin. The arrested accused has been identified as Lovepreet Singh and 6 Kg of heroin have been recovered from his car.
The accused was to handover the consignment of Heroin picked from Hanumangarh, Rajasthan to another drug peddler Navjot Singh, who was arrested yesterday.
The FIR has been registered at PS State Special Operations Cell SSOC Amritsar. Further investigation to nab all involved is going on.
