On the night of Diwali, a fight broke out between two parties in Kalvehdi village of Karnal district of Haryana. Both the parties fiercely used sticks and bricks. A vehicle was also badly damaged in the incident. 8-9 people from both parties were injured. After getting information about the incident, the police reached the spot and took the injured to the government hospital.
The police is investigating the matter. Guryam Singh, a victim villager from one side, alleges that some drug addicts live in his neighborhood and they have a rivalry with him. At night, the accused started bursting crackers in front of our house.
This led to an altercation and the other party pelted bricks from the roof. Also, their vehicle was damaged with sticks and bricks. About five people were injured. They have been admitted to the hospital.
Bahadur Singh from the other side alleges that his daughter was kidnapped by the accused. Due to this a case has already been registered against those accused under seven sections.
There is an atmosphere of tension in the village due to the fight between the two sides. The police reached the spot and dispersed the crowd. After which the people were pacified. When the police was talking to both sides, there was a lot of tension between them even at that time.
