Sara Ali Khan recently welcomed a “new visitor” on the set of her latest film while shooting at night. The Bollywood actress shared a photo of the crescent moon on her Instagram stories, captioning it, “New visitor on set today Chandu Ji long time no see #moonstruck… Spotted by luck.”
Previously, she posted a picture of the sun from another undisclosed filming location, stating she was “back to reality” after the Diwali celebrations.
Though she hasn’t disclosed the title of the film, Sara mentioned on October 25 that she was shooting in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, alongside filmmaker Amar Kaushik and actor Ayushmann Khurrana. The trio also visited the 24-meter tall Hidimba Devi temple and shared moments by a bonfire.
This upcoming project marks the first time Sara and Ayushmann will appear together on screen, and it is said to be a “spy comedy.”
Sara was last seen in “Ae Watan Mere Watan,” which depicted India’s struggle for freedom in 1942 through the story of Usha Mehta, a courageous girl who starts an underground radio station to promote unity during the Quit India movement.
On November 5, she shared a video trekking up a mountain, pointing out Kedarnath in the distance. After reaching a scenic spot, she humorously remarked, “Mountain toh end hogaya,” while showcasing the breathtaking views.
For the caption, she wrote: “Aaj mein upar.. Aasmaan neeche… Kabhi nahi dekha aise Baadalo ke bageeche,” using the song “Aaj main upar” from the 1996 film “Khamoshi: The Musical” as the background score.
