According to reports, the mehndi factory was operating in a residential area of Dabwali, where several women came to work. In the afternoon, a fire suddenly erupted in the factory, trapping the women inside and resulting in serious burns to three of them.

The women were suddenly taken to a hospital in Dabwali. Considering the critical condition of their injuries, they were referred to S Hospital in Bhatinda, where their condition remains serious. The fire has caused an estimated loss of hundreds of thousands of rupees to the factory, creating an atmosphere of fear among the local residents.
