In Ludhiana, a woman along with her lover killed her husband. They strangled the man to death. After the man’s death, the woman and her partner tried to show the murder as a suicide.
When the police team investigated the case, it seemed suspicious. When the statements of the woman and her lover were cross-checked, the police’s suspicion turned into certainty. The deceased’s name is Rajkumar.
Giving information, the deceased’s brother Kuldeep Vishwakarma said that his brother was married to a woman named Kiran. He got married about 15 years ago. They have two children. Kiran had an illicit relationship with her relative Lavkush. Both of them together planned to kill Rajkumar.
According to Kuldeep, when the police checked the CCTV cameras, it was revealed that Kiran went to the room with her 11-year-old daughter and Lavkush.
The daughter immediately came out of the room. But Kiran and Lavkush stayed in the room for 7 to 8 minutes. Kiran confessed her crime after being questioned strictly by the police. Kiran and her lover Lavkush strangled Raj Kumar to death. Raj Kumar’s body was handed over to his family after post-mortem at the Civil Hospital.
Meanwhile, the police of Thana Daba have registered a case against Lavkush and Kiran under Section 103,3(5) BNS. SHO of Thana Daba Nardev Singh said that the investigation of the case is still going on.
