Phillaur: A dispute broke out between two groups in Phillaur town of Jalandhar, after which both the families pelted stones at each other late at night. A written complaint has been given by both parties to the police of Phillaur police station regarding this matter. The police have started investigating the matter based on CCTV. Let us tell you that this incident is from Ganna Pind, the most famous village of Phillaur. Ganna Pind is a village very famous for drug addiction. Some people suffered minor injuries in the stone pelting between the two sides.
The first party Sachin said that a young man living in front of their house had threatened to kill them by abusing them on social media. Last night they called boys from outside and attacked them with sharp weapons and broke doors, windows, and other household items. Sachin further added that the people of the house in front are accusing that their son has done a court marriage with a girl. Sachin clarified that their family has nothing to do with this family.
Manjeet from the other side said that the girl with whom his son has done court marriage is a distant relative of this family. The entire incident of this fight was recorded in the CCTV camera installed in front of the house.
Let us tell you that both families have lodged a complaint in the matter. Police station Phillaur Jaswinder Singh has started action on the basis of complaints of both parties.
