EC serves notice to Congress candidate Amrita warring, seeks reply within 24 hours

Amrita is wife of PPCC Chief and Lok Sabha MP Raja Warring.

Gidderbaha: The Election Commission has issued a notice to Congress candidate Amrita Warring from Gidderbaha constituency. In fact, this case is related to the wrongly printed poster of Aam Aadmi Party candidate Hardeep Singh Dimpy Dhillon. Amrita is wife of PPCC Chief and Lok Sabha MP Raja Warring.

Aam Aadmi Party candidate Hardeep Singh Dimpy Dhillon’s election agent Jagtar Singh has complained to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate cum Returning Officer 084-Giddarbaha. He said that opposition is destroying the image of Punjab Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party candidate Hardeep Singh Dimpy Dhillon by putting a cross on the poster.

Poster was used on the name of the Sarpanchi election and was placed in all Gidarbaha constituencies. A reply in this regard was sought within 24 hours.

Let us tell you that earlier the Election Commission had issued a notice to Aam Aadmi Party candidate Hardeep Singh Dimpy Dhillon from Giddarbaha. He has been asked to file his reply within 24 hours. A complaint was filed against him by the Congress. Congress candidate Amrita Waring’s election agent Vipan Kumar had sent a complaint to the Election Commission that the posters printed by ‘AAP’ had pictures of Punjab Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Waring and BJP leader Manpreet Singh Badal.
