After the rains pass in the state, that is, in the post-monsoon season, there has been 98 percent less rainfall than normal. This time in the monsoon season also, 19 percent less clouds have rained than normal. This has created drought-like conditions. Its biggest impact has been on wheat-producing farmers.

The water level in rivers and streams has started decreasing. Due to this, water for wheat sowing, electricity production and drinking water schemes has started decreasing. Electricity production has fallen due to the decrease in water level in the rivers.
