Two smugglers from Punjab arrested in Kangra with 12.63 grams of heroin

During the investigation, 12.63 grams of heroin was recovered from them.

Kangra Police have arrested two drug smugglers from Punjab with heroin. Both the youths are residents of Amritsar. Police arrested both of them during patrolling last night. At present, the police have registered a case and startedan  investigation.

According to the police, both these drug smugglers, residents of Fatehpur village of Amritsar, used to work as laborers somewhere near Gaggal Airport. In the desire of wealth, they started smuggling heroin. According to the information received from the DSP, both had bought heroin from a dealer in Amritsar and were going towards Kangra to sell this drug at high prices.

For this, last night both the smugglers got off the bus near Rajoul and started going towards Ansoi village. Meanwhile, Gaggal police stopped both of them and started an investigation. During the investigation, 12.63 grams of heroin was recovered from them. Today both the accused will be produced in the court.
