Troubles increases for Himachal woman who harassed Kashmiri shawl sellers, DC Kangra issues notice

The woman has been asked to respond within seven days.

Shimla: The troubles of the woman who instigated the economic boycott of Muslims in Himachal Pradesh are increasing. After the FIR in Kangra’s Lambagaon police station, DC Kangra also issued a notice regarding the woman’s conduct. The woman has been asked to respond within seven days. After this, the woman is considered certain to be suspended from her pot.

A woman named Sushma Devi who misbehaved with Kashmiris is a Panchayat Samiti member (BDC) from the Lambagaon ward. The Constitution of the country and the Panchayati Raj Act of Himachal do not allow any public servant to incite public sentiments in this way.

Whenever a public servant wins the election, he or she is sworn in to maintain the dignity of the post, work with honesty and impartiality, and maintain the sovereignty and integrity of the country under all circumstances.

Serious allegations have been leveled against Sushma Devi of inciting religious sentiments. The police have registered a case against the woman under sections 299 and 196 of the Indian Penal Code and further action is being taken.
